The lifetime decision to either be a leader or to be a warrior
Leadership is a decision.
You have the ability in every day and in every moment to decide whether or not to be a leader.
We all have two choices in life while we move through the battles of our lives, to either be a leader or to be a courageous warrior that protects the pack.
A leader sets the tone, sets the direction, the vision and the roadmap to our own individual success.
They are someone who understands, they possess great empathy, they connect with their warriors and make them feel like their own individual leaders.
A warrior, a great and noble path.
Selfless and humble, the individual next to them has the great privilege of knowing that when push comes to shove, the warrior will push. Driven by passion and an eagerness to serve in something greater than themselves.
Whichever path you choose to travel, the most important aspects are knowing yourself, understanding your ambition and identifying your future goals.
